The dress code for the wedding & reception is between dressy casual and cocktail. For men, we suggest either a suit or dress pants with a nice button-up shirt. Jacket and tie are optional. Please no jeans. For women, we suggest knee-length dresses or longer. Dressy separates are also welcome.
For those traveling from sea level, the elevation of Evergreen (˜7200 feet) is no joke. Take your hydration seriously! It is recommended to drink an additional 32 ounces (about 4 glasses of water) per day if you're not acclimated yet. Monitor yourself closely for signs of altitude sickness: nausea, headache, dizziness, etc. Also keep in mind that 1 alcoholic drink at altitude is the equivalent of 2 drinks at sea level, so please be responsible.
Being in Colorado during the fall, there is no way to know for certain until closer to the wedding date. Hopefully it will be a beautiful warm day, but there's also a chance that it could be cold and maybe even snowy. Regardless of daytime temperature, it will most likely cool off in the evening so we recommend bringing an extra layer. We also encourage everyone to keep an eye on the weather in Evergreen starting 7-10 days before the wedding to get an idea of what to expect.
Yes, we will be providing shuttles from the hotel to the ceremony. For the return trip after the ceremony/reception, we will have both an early and a late shuttle to accommodate preferred schedules.
Yes, the parking lot at the venue is somewhat limited but should not be an issue. Guests who are not staying the night are also welcome to park at the hotel and take the shuttles to and from the venue if concerned about parking.
From what we've seen, Uber and Lyft rides are generally available from the venue. Availability may be limited and wait times may be long, so we would encourage pre-scheduling a ride to guarantee availability if needed.
