Josh and Chesney first met just before Winter Break in 2017 while attending UNC Charlotte. Following the holiday break they reconnected and quickly found chemistry spending as much time together as they possibly could. Their relationship officially began on March 12th, 2018 right after spring break freshman year. They spent their college years working alongside one another towards their degrees, while growing together and navigating through their early adult lives. Throughout college they made many new friends, some who are in their wedding party as well. After almost 5 years of adventures and exploration together through college, a seemingly normal post-graduation vacation in the Outer Banks led to Josh down on one knee asking Chesney for her hand in marriage on December 21st, 2022. Following the exciting journey of life they have spent together so far, they are filled with joy to be walking into this next step of life side by side stronger than ever. They spend their free time watching their favorite tv shows together (Ink Master, Love is Blind, and Big Brother), hanging out with their dog Ollie, and vacationing with friends and family. Josh has recently started to teach Chesney the ways of his favorite sports such as football and hockey. Josh and Chesney are excited for their Big Day on October 12th 2024 and cannot wait to spend it surrounded by friends and family alike.
