We're getting married!!

Josh played professional baseball in Louisiana as Catherine finished her degree at LSU and worked for the local newspaper. They matched on Tinder but didn't get to meet each other because Josh transferred to a team in Texas. After his season ended, Josh drove through Baton Rouge on his way to Florida and stopped for his last first date. Catherine met him at a bar - Fred's in Tigerland - on a Tuesday night. They went to the Bulldog (a dog-friendly bar) next, but not before picking up Penny, who sealed the deal. Josh was smitten at first sight of our spotty princess. Josh and Cat next snuck onto the LSU baseball field and hit ground balls in the darkness. According to Josh, it was the best date he's ever been on. After 5 months of dating long distance, Cat moved north in March of 2014. They've been dating for almost six years, started their own businesses and recently bought a condo in Salem MA. They are expecting their first baby (a boy!) in July 2020 and can't wait to get married in July 2021. Their families and friends mean the world to them and they can't wait to dance and celebrate with everyone next year!
