Here's to nine years...

We met in a coffee shop in downtown Kirkland, a little place called Rococo (now Thruline Coffee). The first day we met I said I might need some help with copyright for a project I was working on. I found out years later that's why it took him 6 weeks to ask me out. He wasn’t allowed to date “potential” clients. But I had only asked his business card so I could get his number. Our first date was on 10/14/2013, and we went to Purple, a wine bar in Redmond near where he grew up. We told wild stories and laughed until it hurt. I remember feeling it was the best first date I'd ever been on. Since, we have had our ups and downs. Some long, some short. Some global, some very very us. But every time we found a way recover even more in love. A different kind of love. Every time. Come help us celebrate 9 year's together, and finally getting the paperwork to make it official!
