When booking your room in our room block, please call the phone number above, and make sure to mention "Crawley & Gray Wedding" when making your reservation to lock in your discounted rate! The deadline to book a room under our wedding block is Monday, January 26, 2026. Please keep in mind that check in is typically at 4:00 p.m. the day of your reservation. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Please mention your preference when calling to make your reservation. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Shuttle

• ALL wedding guests will utilize our scheduled Omni Shuttles on the day of the wedding for the cocktail hour and reception. Guests that are staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing at 4:45 p.m. No parking available at Walkers Landing. • Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. • Guests that are NOT staying on property - When you arrive at the security gate, you will reference “Crawley & Gray Wedding” and then park in the parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then you will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take all guests to Walkers Landing. • Any guests that are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons may drive to Walkers Landing. No more than 10 cars are suggested to park at Walkers Landing (vendors included)
