What should I wear?

Answer

Fancy New Years Eve clothes! Cocktail attire is great, or if you’re feeling extra dapper, formal or black tie is certainly fine too. Please, no jeans.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only affair. We hope you see this as an opportunity for a night out with us.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! Hors d'oeuvres will be available immediately following the ceremony, and a late dinner will be served during the reception. Because we plan on partying into the New Year, late-night munchies will also make an appearance. And of course there will be cake. (It wouldn't be Josh's wedding without cake.)

Can I bring my cell phone?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you leave your cell phone off during the ceremony, and invite you to be fully present in the moment with us. We have a fantastic photographer and videographer who will capture the big moments. However, please take all the pictures you want at the reception! Bonus points for sending them to us the next day or tagging us on social media: #bethanygetsjoshed

How far is the reception site from the ceremony location?

Answer

Right across the hall! We wanted to make this as easy on our guests (and us!) as possible. Both events will be hosted at the Marriott hotel.

Should I book a hotel room? What's the easiest and cheapest way to do that?

Answer

Even if you're local, we say Yes!! Though a hotel room is totally optional, it was important to us that we could offer an affordable rate (less than half the normal hotel rate!) so all guests - local or from out of town - can stay overnight if they’d like. Not only does this make departure from the party easy, but eliminates concerns of a sober driver, safety from other New Years Eve drunk drivers, and avoids surge pricing from Ubers. Where should I park?

Answer

Any available parking spot at the hotel is acceptable. The venue also provides free overnight parking.
