When should I RSVP by?

Please have your RSVP completed by April 8th.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your envelope. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?
Answer
Children are more than welcome to attend. Please be sure to include them in your RSVP.

Am I invited to the ceremony?
Answer
We will be hosting an intimate family ceremony. If you are invited to attend, it will be noted on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

We kindly request semi-formal attire.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?
Answer
There will be a bus available at the reception site to bring you back to your hotel if needed. If you are staying at Lodge Kohler hotel there is complimentary shuttle service for guests based on availability.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The reception will be held outdoors. If needed due to weather, heaters and vinyl walls will be provided.

The ceremony will be held indoors.

Where do we park?
Answer
Free parking is available in the lot connected to the reception site. (If needed you are able to keep your car there overnight.) For the ceremony, there is a lot located just outside the church.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask please no photography or videos during the ceremony. This will allow our photographer to get the best possible pictures without any phones in the background. We encourage you to take photos at cocktail hour and the reception!

Are you having a welcome party?
Answer
Although we would love to celebrate with all of our guests, our rehearsal dinner will be an intimate gathering for immediate family and the wedding party only. If you are invited to the rehearsal dinner, you will find a special card with your invitation.
