Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Barn at Summerfield Farms, so there will be no worries about traveling between the two events.
The ceremony and parts of the reception will be held inside the main barn. The cocktail hour and the food will be served outside. Since the event will be both inside and outside, please keep that in mind when dressing for the summer weather.

Yes! We are catering through 1618 On Location and we have an awesome menu planned for everyone, including vegan options. If you have a dietary concern that you think might be an issue, please let us know and we can talk to our caterers about making sure there is food for you!
Yes, we will have multiple alcoholic beverage options such as beer and wine, but we will also have plenty of non-alcoholic options as well.
Due to most of our guest being in town, we do not have a hotel block reserved. However, there are many hotels in town to choose from and we are aware that a few of our guests have chosen to book at the Courtyard by Marriott.
