When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is on December 25, 2024 - one month before the reception! If you have any issues while RSVPing, please reach out to Alicia and/or Josh for help. P.S. - If you’re seeing the error that your name wasn’t found when trying to RSVP, please try your first and last name, or the name of your plus one if applicable. If that doesn’t fix it, please reach out to us!

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue between 5:30-6pm to allow the event to start right around 6pm CST. Thank you, and we're looking forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes you can! We’ve pre-added plus ones for most guests when RSVPing, but if you need another or don’t see the option, please reach out and we can add one for you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes they are! Just keep in mind that we’ll be partying when deciding to bring them 😊 We’ve pre-added child/children for most guests when RSVPing, but if you need another or don’t see the option, please reach out and we can add one for you! Please note, there will be alcohol at the event - two free drink tickets per adult and pay your own way afterwards, so please keep that in mind when deciding if you want to bring your kids!

Will there be drinks served?

Answer

Yes! There will be free water, iced tea, and coffee provided throughout the full duration of the reception. There will also be a full bar during the reception. The bar includes beer, wine, sodas, hard liquors, and various mixers. Each adult will get two free drink tickets to use at the bar, and then it’s pay your own way for any drinks after that!

Will there be food served?

Answer

Yes! We are having breakfast for dinner, buffet style. This includes two omelet options, cinnamon rolls, a make-your-own pancake station! There will also be s’mores kits for use on the outdoor fire pit!

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The Magnolia Halle venue is right next door to the Magnolia Pancake Haus restaurant, and there is a large asphalt parking lot shared between both places. The Pancake Haus will be closed at the time of the wedding, so the whole parking lot is available and free to use! There is a total of 160 parking spots available, so there should be plenty of free parking for everyone. However, if the parking lot does happen to fill up, there is an outside shopping strip across the street that offers free parking too.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

No, it will not be provided. However, there are hotels within a 5-10 minute drive of the venue, and you may be able to carpool with friends!

Will there be a hotel block available?

Answer

Yes, we are going to try to open one or two hotel blocks at nearby hotels as the date gets closer. To help determine how many rooms we might need, we've added a question to the RSVP for this. Please answer yes if you would like to use the hotel block!

How many Picarazzi's are there?

Answer

That's a great question! Teresa and Jean-Louie Picarazzi had 9 amazing children - 1. Jason, wife Mary, kid - Emma 2. John, wife Mari, kids - Isabella, Giovanni 3. James, wife Lorraine 4. Joey, wife Eva, kids - Dommy, Ravyn, Lucien, Audrey 5. Stephanie, wife Mario, kids - Desmond, Elijah 6. Josh, fiance Alicia 7. Francesca, husband Cristián 8. Gabby 9. Mathew (passed away on May 5, 2024) And fun fact, there are 5 of them that work at USAA, and the newlywed Alicia Picarazzi will make it 6! They have some extended family too, but due to their unique last name, if you meet a Picarazzi, they're probably related in some way!
