I met Colton after he and his wife moved to Nashville and shortly after, he invited me to crash a Christmas party that he was attending. From that moment on I have seen Colton as one of my closest friends and someone I can count on in any situation. He is an avid card collector, car flipper and entrepreneur. He has this hustle that I look at as something I want and strive for.

My sister, my "twin", and the one who has been my partner in crime my entire life. Kaylee has seen it all and loves me unconditionally. She celebrates people so well and will go to bat for those she loves. I am thankful that we are only a year apart because that meant I only had to live one year without her!

Bryan and I became friends after serving together shortly after the 2020 tornado that crashed through Nashville. One Sunday later that year, I invited him over to watch football and we have been like brothers every since that moment. Some people like to refer to him as my protege and some say he is my son. While Bryan is the youngest and shortest of all of my groomsmen he is someone that means more to me then he will ever know.

The Kids floor at Zeal is where life change happens because not only did I meet Josh there but I also met Ashtin. Ashtin and I were quick friends and one day she came over asking for help with her budget and it somehow ended with her asking me to move in with her and me saying yes. I moved in February 2020 and two weeks later the world shut down. We quickly went from kind-of-friends, to roommates, to best friends. Ashtin is the greatest hype girl and best shoulder to cry on. Her and Mason also made it their personal mission to get Josh and I together which we are forever grateful for!

When Mason moved to Nashville I never thought I would ever be his friend. Man was I wrong! Mason is one of my closest friends here in Nashville and I honestly cannot imagine life without someone as great as he is. Not to mention I am kind of forced to like him because his wife is one of Alexa's bestfriends. But honestly, there is no Josh and Alexa without Ashtin and Mason.

Where do I even begin? Sarah and I became friends in college when we were the only two AOII accounting majors and had all of our classes together. What probably started as "well Sarah you're stuck with me" turned into one of my most treasured friendships. We both ended up in Tulsa working for Deloitte and and became even closer! I like to say that I set her up with her husband (even though they would've fallen in love anyways) and got to stand by her side on her big day and now its my turn!

From pledgeship to adulthood Will and I have kept in touch in all aspects of each others lives. Oh Ashley... one of my first friends at Zeal and we just clicked. Ashley is strong but has the gentlest heart. She has been a friend who is always steady, always there, and always loving. Ashley is one of those friends I can be weird with (I'm pretty sure we messaged as if we were in The Circle for a week straight at the beginning of quarantine) and someone I can bear my soul to. Everyone needs a friend like Ashley!

Will and his family have been vital influences on my life. Whether it was learning the knowledge of heavy machinery, hard work, or seeing everything through to the end. I am forever thankful that I met Will at Oklahoma State. Brother Kuykendall was not only a college roommate, a fraternity brother, a friend, but someone who changed my life, taught me my love for NASCAR and Equipment World.

SAM GAM! I always tell Sam that she's my biggest blessing of 2021. Which is true, but also Josh and I started dating in 2021 so maybe I should stop saying that! haha Sam was one of my most surprising friendships but is also THE BEST friend a girl could have. She's funny, forces me to have fun when I am being lame, is the life of the party, and is full of joy. She also keeps it real and isn't going to fake it when she's having a bad day which is one of my favorite things about her because I know I can always be real with her! Fun fact: Sam and Josh were actually friends years before I even met either of them!

Well, if you know me... he ended up as my little. Evan and I have been through a lot together and it has only made us better men. I am very proud of his accomplishments and can say that his hard work stemmed from all nighters in the Pine room. #FTB

Taylor is my college best friend and man she has seen it ALL over the past 10 years! The amount of dirt this girl has on me is insane and most of the "dirt" is really just embarrassing photos or stories of us driving around the University of Arkansas blaring One Direction or Taylor Swift. Taylor is always my voice of reason and biggest encourager. I am so thankful for her!

Papa Mehl. Jake and I became friends while at Oklahoma State. Jake and Will Wright grew up together and because of Will I was able to meet Jake. Since then he and I have groomed a friendship that will last for the rest of our years. Jake and his wife threw me a very very very expensive 21st birthday party back in 2014 and I will never forget it! Jake is a great man, better father, decent gamer and someone I look up to. #ChawDawgs

Marilynn was our 3rd roommate during covid and Marilynn and I are cut from the same cloth. Though we are very different, as high achieving enneagram threes who deep down hate being achievers, we think very much the same. Marilynn and I bonded when she was the Kids Director at Zeal and I was serving on the Kids team and then became close friends when she moved in to Ashtin's house during quarantine. Marilynn is always a safe space for me to process with, break down to, laugh with, and be truly myself without any judgement. Marilynn is also the one who sat me down along with our friend Blake and they told me to stop acting like I don't have feelings for Josh and to just go for it so we all have Marilynn and Blake to thank for this wedding!

Chris and I are not only besties but we also serve together at church and help run a local gang called the SPG. Our friendship has continued to grow as we get older. Mind you, Chris is my most elderly friend. But in all seriousness I value everything Chris says and does. I have never met someone like Chris who is literally willing to do anything for you as long as he can. Chris is the definition of Loyal and True. He really should have been an Oklahoma State Cowboy. Did I mention we bought mopeds together? Yeah we did.
