For those of you who want to avoid the ferry, you may want to consider flying on Kenmore Air out of Seattle.

Ferry Information

Unless you fly or charter your own boat, the ferry is the only way to get to Orcas Island. The ferry terminal is located in Anacortes, Washington, which is about 80 miles north of Seattle. Please note that 30% of the spaces were released on April 23rd. If you haven't made your reservation already, it's worth checking to see if the times you want are still available. The next 30% are released two weeks prior to your departure and the next 30% are released two days prior to your departure date. Ferry reservations are released on those dates at 7:00 a.m. and book up quickly (sometimes certain times disappear within 5 minutes). You will need to book a ferry to and from the island. 10% of the spaces on the ferry will be available the day of your departure.

Shuttles to and from the Wedding

June 29, 2019 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

There is no parking at the venue. There will be parking at the Deer Harbor Community Club located at 4319 Deer Harbor Road in Eastsound (2 minutes from Pebble Cove). Shuttles will transport guests from the Community Club to the wedding venue starting at 2:30 p.m. There will also be shuttles transporting guests from Eastsound Village to the venue. The shuttles will pick up guests at the Sea Star Lofts located at 344 Main Street in Eastsound at 2:20 p.m. and at 2:30 p.m. Shuttles will start transporting guests back to the Deer Habor Community Club and Eastsound Village at 10:15 p.m. Please email Susy Darm at darms@hasson.com and let her know which shuttle you plan to take (location and time) and how many people are in your group no later than May 20th. There may be some minor changes to the shuttle plan so please check back closer to the wedding date.

The condos are two bedrooms & are right in town for people that want to be able to walk to restaurants/shops.

Smugglers Villa Resort

The condos sleep 5-7 people & are right on the water. They are rustic, but the setting is great & there is a tennis court, swimming pool, & spot for campfires. The condos are also only a couple minutes from the village in Eastsound.

Outlook Inn and New Leaf Cafe on Orcas Island

The inn is right in town and offers reasonably priced rooms.

King Fish Inn East

Kingfish Inn offers luxurious suites and cottages overlooking the water. The suites are less than 5 minutes from the wedding venue.

Turtle Back Farm is a quaint bed and breakfast located less than 15 minutes from the venue.
