Travel Note
Legacy Pavilion is in a Washington State Park. Parking requires a Discover Pass for every car. This can be purchased in advance online (click "View") or at your local REI. You can also pay for one with cash at the park by filling out a form at the ranger's station to the right of the pavilion. Day passes are $10. If you are a local, an annual pass goes for $32 if you feel so inclined.
Travel Note
For those who are local in OR or WA, you should be able to make the drive in a single day if you so desire. We are planning events in Olympia surrounding the wedding if you'd like to join and spend a night or two in Washington's capitol. Regardless of your plans, please consider volunteering an empty seat in your car for out-of-towners in the link below entitled "View".
Travel Note
Parking right at the entrance of the Legacy Pavilion is limited so the park rangers suggest that we carpool where possible. We are assuming the park will not be overflowing mid-Feb and there are several other parking lots in Lake Sylvia State Park that would require a several minutes of walking to the Pavilion. The link below will show you where in the park the pavilion and the three closest parking lots are approximately located.
Travel Note
For those flying in, your best options will be either: (1) PDX, from where we will try to connect you with others who are driving up to Olympia and/or Lake Sylvia and back. (See link below entitled "View".) (2) SEA, from where there are many buses, shuttles, etc. between the airport and the capitol (Olympia). Our recommendation is Flixbus - it's cheap (~$10) and no transfers required. From Olympia, we will try to connect you with others who are driving to/from Lake Sylvia on the wedding day. (See link below entitled "View".)

Update: Olympia Hotel @ Capitol Lake has some mixed reviews. Most of the folks are booking at either Red Lion or DoubleTree. They are a short distance away from each other so choose your fav!

That's right! You can camp here! If you're a brave soul and want to give it a shot in late February. Or you know, you own a camper van or something cush like that. Sites this time of year are first-come, first-serve but we have a sneaking suspicion you won't have to fight anyone to get a spot.
