Please follow the below directions and use your invitation map to locate the parking lot that sits at the back of the property. If you google the address the pin will land on a house on the corner but you need to follow the directions all the way down RD 52 to the parking lot. The parking lot is located at the end of a dead end road and there will be security helping you find a spot. Directions: From CA-99 take exit 94 West to Ave 280 From Visalia take Caldwell Ave west to CA-99 overpass Continue west on Ave 280 (2mi), turn left at stop sign onto Rd68 southbound for 2.5mi Turn right onto Ave 260 for 2mi, Turn left onto Rd 52 southbound for1.0 mi. to Ave 252. (WESTWOOD BARNS HAS A SIGN ON THE CORNER) Continue south on Rd52 after a slight road offset at Ave 252 After .4 mi the road ends at venue parking lot

Can I bring my kids

We love kids but will be hosting adults only for this occasion, the upside being its a fun date night away!

What type of weather should be expected?

Answer

Average for end of April is low of 51 with a high of 77 degrees. It is recommended to bring a sweater or light jacket just in case! It has been known to rain but also be sunny so Say your prayers for a beautiful sunny day for our big day

What type of attire is appropriate?

Answer

We are celebrating in a rustic setting with an elegant touch on the grass beneath oak trees. Dress is elegant casual or cocktail attire that you can dance in and be comfortable in. Ladies, wear shoes you can walk in grass! A light sweater or jacket might be handy in the evening.

Will there be alcohol? Yes, But we ask that all guests respect the venue alcohol policy and drink responsibly

Because we will be celebrating on private party and serving beer and wine we do ask that all guests read the below and adhere to the policy in order for all guests to have a great time and everyone get home safely. 1. If you plan to drink please insure you have a plan to use a ride share service or have a designated driver if you have had enough alcohol to impair driving ability. 2. We will be serving beer and wine with a licensed bartender , they will monitor anyone who has had a bit too much to drink and cut off drinks if and when appropriate 3. No outside alcoholic beverages, flanks etc are to be brought onsite 4. Drunken disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the event

In an effort to create an environment where everyone can have a wonderful time and stay healthy along with protecting each guest including immune compromised guests we ask the following: We ask that if you are experiencing any covid related symptoms/and or test positive within the active stage of the illness to please Let the bride and groom know as we may recommend that you refrain from attending to insure we do not spread to others. If this is the case please let us know as soon as you can.
