Welcome Party

6:45 pm - 9:00 pm

Summery Business Casual - Men: Nice shorts / khakis / chinos, polos, button-downs. Women: sundresses, linen pants & blouse, etc.

Join us for a 2-hour sunset cruise on an old-fashioned riverboat right in downtown Naples! We will have music, pizza, and a cash bar. Come catch up with those you haven't seen in a while or make some new friends before the big day! There will be a shuttle available that will be running between the wedding venue (Tarry A While Resort) and the welcome party venue (Naples Causeway). If you would like to take the shuttle, we have coordinated with Tarry A While for use of their parking lot for those who are not lodging at the venue. Shuttle schedule as follows: Pick up~5:15PM, shuttle will drop off at the Naples Causeway around 5:40pm. That does leave a little extra time for grabbing ice cream, walking around the causeway, etc. before the welcome party begins. Shuttle will pick up after the welcome party leaving ~9:10pm from the Causeway, and again at ~9:55pm for those who want to explore after the welcome party. (Cruise leaves at 7pm, so be there around 6:45pm if driving yourself)

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The ceremony will be taking place by the water on grass and requires a 5 minute downhill walk on a dirt road. There is some parking available close to the ceremony space (15-20 cars) for those who cannot / would prefer not to walk due to attire or mobility concerns. Shuttle is also provided via the following locations/schedule: These times are for departure of the shuttle, so please arrive a few minutes early to catch it. Lakeview Inn (15 Lake House Rd, Naples): 2:55pm Downtown Bridgton (parking lot off of depot st.): 3:20pm Greenwood Manor Inn (52 Tolman Rd, Harrison): 3:35pm Shuttle will be available after the reception as well departing at 11:15pm, stopping at the same locations as above. (Shuttle will only do 1 run before ceremony and 1 run after reception, so make sure you don't miss it!)
