When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 13, but sooner is always better! Plates will only be set for those listed on the invite; if you find there is an individual missing from your party, please let Hannah know!

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are a few hotels within walking distance of the reception venue with ample parking. Please see the Travel page for additional details on how to take advantage of the wedding block!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided to and from the ceremony. The church is a short 5 min drive from downtown Moline. Ubers/taxis are not always available, so please plan accordingly to arrive on time! Both hotels recommended on the Travel page are a short walk to the reception venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be at Salem Lutheran Church. Parking is on the East side of the building (closest to 15th St Pl). The East entrance is accessible with the elevator. The reception will be at the University Club in the Piano Bar (street level). There is parking on the street (Fifth Ave), behind the building, and in the 16th St parking garage. Please don’t drink and drive! Both hotels recommended on the travel page are a short walk to the reception venue.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Bring your dancing shoes!

What is a Welcome Party?

Answer

The welcome party will be in an open house format at Pour Bros Taproom in Moline, where you can come and go as you please from 7-10 pm. Totally optional, but we wanted to take the most of our time with our out of town guests arriving early! We have family friendly party room reserved, however, the taproom is 21+. You can move freely between the party room and the taproom with drinks. Light snacks will be provided and cash bar is on you. We can’t wait to see you!

What time does the venue open?

Answer

Doors open for the ceremony at 3 pm. The reception space (University Club Piano Bar level) will open shortly after the ceremony at 5 pm.
