Nicer Casual Attire: Informal and comfortable (i.e. summer dress or jeans/shorts with button-up shirt or nice top).
All guests are welcome to join us for drinks on Friday night after our rehearsal dinner to help kick off our wedding weekend! This event will be held outdoors in their large beer garden area (they do not reserve sections for private parties in the beer garden but it is a large area so there will be plenty of room for all of us). Dust Bowl does have food if guests would like to eat there as well.

Ceremony & Reception

Cocktail Attire (Our venue will have outdoor sections on grass and gravel, so we recommend wedges or thicker heels!)
Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn area behind the barn. We will then move into the barn for our reception, where barn doors and windows will be kept open to allow plenty of airflow from the light autumn breeze.
After Party

Guests will have the option of joining us for after party drinks at The Boardroom bar in downtown Modesto, or returning to the DoubleTree where they can choose to continue celebrations in the Presidential Suite (Room 1021). Josh & Alana will be stopping by the bar for about an hour or so (starting at 11pm when the shuttle drops off at The Boardroom), and then returning to the DoubleTree to join guests back at the Presidential Suite.

Sunday Coffee & Goodbyes

We will be providing coffee with bagels, donuts and muffins for guests who would like to stop by and say their goodbyes on Sunday!
