Joe was cruisin' Facebook when he spotted Jenna in "people you know" and saw Glenn Goodberry a friend he met at Greenpac was a mutual friend. Joe asked Glenn about Jenna, and he told him to give it some time. In the meantime, Joe kept putting emojis 👍💪😊 only on Jenna's Facebook posts, so one day Jenna asked Janet, Glenn's wife, "Is this guy going to speak actual words to me or what?!" Joe was relentless so Glenn and Janet set up "driveway drinks" for a meeting at their house. Leading up to driveway drinks, Jenna was impressed that Joe didn't get scared when she revealed she was growing 56 different types of vegetables in her backyard. Driveway drinks resulted in an instant connection so much so they left Janet and Glenn's house and talked on the phone for 4 hours that same night. Just 6 months later, Joe convinced Jenna to sell her house and move in. So she did, all while they were on a trip to Costa Rica.

When flight credits needed to be used after their Hawaii trip was cancelled, Jenna insisted on Nashville. On 9/16/21, Joe took Jenna to Broadway for her very first time in music city. He stopped outside Margaritaville and asked Jenna if she wanted a Margarita🍹She said, "no, not for my first drink in Nashville!" He looked at her and said, "you know how much I love you, right?" Jenna said, "yep, I love you too," as she searched for the place for her first drink wondering why he was acting so WEIRD. It turns out Joe was trying to propose but then saw a man eating corn on the cob🌽 He moved Jenna down the street in front of Whiskey Bent Saloon, pointed at Jason Aldean's bar across the street, and when Jenna turned around, Joe was on one knee. Jenna was stunned and speechless for the first time in her life. Ladies on a trip caught the proposal on video, took pictures and the street erupted in cheers👏 Jenna + Joe then celebrated for 4 straight days in Nashville, TN with many hours spent in Honky Tonk Central🎸🍻💃🕺

Jenna is a serious dog mom, so Joe adopted Nala, Jenna's "OG" rescue dog, when they met. When their Hawaii trip got cancelled, they decided to rescue another dog. Hazel, formerly known as Pepper, joined their family in 2020. On a daily basis, Joe + Jenna can be found in their kitchen laughing at Nala and Hazel as they enjoy peanut butter and cheese challenges 🐶🐶
