Jill and Jo met in freshman year of college. She is the coolest person in Brooklyn and is an amazing actress. She is originally from Boston which may explain her tenacity. Jill and Jo bond over having very similar, weird senses of humor and carrying on bits for a little too long. They were also roommates in college where they lived in the smallest apartment in NYC and had dance parties in the apartment hallway. We love Jilly Bean.
Robert Hazou
Best Man
Robert and Johnathan grew up together and shared a long tenure at Glaze Donuts. Robby (1) can always tell you the weather; (2) is sure to deliver baked goods to every event; and (3) is committed to entertaining everyone with music, games, and his good-hearted presence. Robby will destroy you in a Nintendo game, and he won't apologize for it. Ask him what is inside a Coconut Cream doughnut, and he will tell you!!! Johnathan is honored to call Robert his best man.
Sable Diakos

Sable and Jo met through Johnathan and Alex but soon found out that they didn't need the guys to hang out together. Sable and Jo bond over the fact that they are both from Queens, NY and are lonely, only children. They also bond over their love for food, bad reality TV shows, and being able to talk about anything - funny or serious. You can usually find Sable and Jo on Sable's front porch or at Homegoods.
George Azar
Groomsman
George and Johnathan also grew up together. George (1) is a masterful beatmaker, guitarist, and drummer who practically introduced music to my cluster of cousins when we were younger (check out whoisazar! on Spotify. Hurry, before he changes his name again! - Johnathan's favorite song is "Jump, You Can Fly"); (2) has both perplexed and inspired generations with his impeccable fashion sense; and (3) is an inspiration to Johnathan, always!!
Natalia Azar

Natalia is Jo's beautiful sister-in-law. Natalia and Jo love hanging out together, laughing about nothing, and talking through a very balanced agenda of existentialism or memes and nothing in between. Natalia and Jo enjoy bonding over things that look pretty (cool-looking bottles and interesting food packaging).
Justin Azar
Groomsman
Justin and Johnathan grew up together (are you noticing a trend?). Justin (1) has the most secure internet connection of any of the groomsmen because he is a cybersecurity expert; (2) motivated Johnathan through college to go to the gym, and continues to motivate Johnathan as he tries going to the gym; and (3) is the first to make sure everybody is taken care of, whether he is hosting or not.
Jasmine Azar
Bridesmaid
Jo is lucky enough to not have one but two amazing sisters-in-law. Jo and Jasmine are always down for adventure whether it be a hike or trying out a new cafe. They bond over their love for Thai food because it seems like no one else in the family is ever in the mood for it. Jo always enjoys hanging out with Jasmine even if it means sitting in a room and doing nothing together.

Jordan and Johnathan grew up together. They shared a brief tenure at Glaze Donuts. Jordan (1) is a WICKEDLY talented (Adele-dazim) beatmaker and guitarist (check out Sedvted on Spotify. It's pronounced "sedated" - Johnathan's favorite song is "Hidden Wind Temple"); (2) is a lawyer who still has his soul; and (3) can always be relied on for a profound statement as readily as for a side-splitting joke. Jordan is also one half (along with George) of the duo "azar & Sedvted" - Johnathan's favorite song - "the loop."
Seo Hyeon Park

Jo & Seo Hyeon's friendship may be Jo's longest standing one. Jo considers Seo Hyeon to be practically family. They met in 4th grade because they moved to the same town at the same time. They would hang out every day after school. Jo and Seo Hyeon can go months without talking and just pick up where they left off whenever they reunite. Seo Hyeon is an incredibly talented musician who is classically trained in the viola.

Chris (1) has never gotten the groomsmen into trouble; (2) thinks he's too old for this; and (3) truly is only just a phone call away.
Neha Raja

Jo & Neha met in middle school. They would have hours long phone conversations and be the types of friends who were comfortable enough to just nap at each other's homes. Jo loves Neha's family and is lucky enough to be sometimes claimed as the third Raja sister. What an honor! Neha is a cool doctor who currently resides in Philly.

Alex (1) is an award-winning horror author whose strange and gripping stories leave an impression (Johnathan's favorite work of his is "Nightmare Noir"); (2) shares a name with the former United States Secretary of Health and Human Services; and (3) has a heart of gold - he's always there in a pinch.
Sienna Afram

Sienna is an amazing, sweet girl who Jo is so happy to have as her junior bridesmaid! One time Jo went roller skating with Sienna and Sienna was so kind and never left Jo's side. Sienna lives in beautiful, sunny California but of course we wish she was here all the time!
Jayden Afram

What can be said about Jayden? He's only the smartest, most impressive, and most remarkable kid in California. Two minutes with Jayden and you're sure to be cracking up, nodding along intently as he shares something interesting, or correcting your form in the gym because he'll teach you the proper form always, every time. Jayden and Johnathan have slayed countless numbers of zombies together, have pushed themselves to the limit at all you can eat sushi (banned from the premises), and they are ready to take on this wedding.

Our beautiful flower girl is the amazing Alanna! Alanna is the most considerate and caring girl! We love Alanna and are so lucky to have her as our flower girl! Alanna also lives in California but even if she lived here, we wouldn't be able to get enough of her!

Christian Hanikeh is the esteemed ring-bearer for this happy occasion. Christian never fails to take a brief pause from bouncing off the walls to say hello on Sundays, has an infectious enthusiasm for sports and games. Look at this adorable kid.
