FAQs

The Wedding Website of Josephine Elwood and Jesse Garlick
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2024.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:00, but we're inviting everyone to join us for a "social hour" starting at 3:00.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're calling it "dressy casual." Look nice, but prioritize your comfort!

Question

Do I need to wear a kippah/yarmulke during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a small basket of kippot for those who wish to wear them, but it is not expected or required. Wear one if you wish, regardless of religious belief or gender. This is a BYOK-friendly event, so if you have one at home that you particularly love, please bring it!

Question

Are dogs allowed?

Answer

Allandale Farm is a dog-friendly venue! We ask that you only bring your pup if they are well-behaved and get along with other dogs. As the venue is right off a road with little fencing, please keep an eye on them at all times.

Question

I heard a rumor there won't be dancing, is that true?

Answer

The rumors are true! We want to focus on what's important to us--spending time with each other, soaking up time with our friends and family, and eating a lot of bbq. (But if you must boogie, we won't stop you.)

Question

How do I let you know I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

You'll have the option to provide dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot right at the entrance to the venue.
