Its all thanks to Panera and our friend Jervonnie. If it weren't for him, we would have never met! Zoey talked about Joe with friends and Joe talked about Zoey with friends. Pretty soon we were just talking to each other. After quite a few nights of beer pong and friends and mornings of Waffle House, Zoey and her cat, Molly, officially moved in with Joe...unofficially we were basically living together already. Since then we've moved a few more times in a couple different states, and we added another cat, Luna, to the family. Living and growing with your best friend makes life pretty amazing, and there has been no looking back since. ❤️
One perfect day in April, Joe took Zoey to one of their favorite spots by the Scioto River. He had put together a little picnic for them to share. After enjoying hummus, pita, and fancy cheese Joe told her to reach into the bag. She was excited to find some champagne (who wouldn't be), but Joe said there might be something else in there. Zoey peered inside to find a little wooden box. She froze, completely surprised. Next thing you know Joe is on one knee and Zoey is saying, "Yes, of course!" It was always going to be yes.
See you in St Louis!
