When in Mojácar, you have to check out the Pueblo (the old town). It’s a classic whitewashed hilltop village that looks like it’s straight off a postcard. Super charming, with narrow winding streets, cute little shops, and amazing views of the mountains and sea. A few tips: Parking can be tricky up in the Pueblo, so it’s usually best to park below and either walk up or take the lift. You don’t need a car, just hop on the yellow local bus from Mojácar Playa. It runs almost hourly, costs about €1.20 each way, and takes you from the beach up into the Pueblo. Super convenient! Wear comfy shoes, the streets are cobbled and a bit hilly, but it’s all part of the charm. Honestly, just wandering is the best. Grab tapas in Plaza Nueva, sip a coffee on a terrace, and soak up the atmosphere. Pueblo is one of those places that really sticks with you.
