“Eventually soulmates meet, for they have the same hiding place.” ― Robert Brault It was 5am, at the Artisan After Hours Hotel & Boutique. We had a mutual friend who introduced us. We sat, I talked (go figure) and he listened intently. After I was finally done - he asked “Want to grab a drink?” With delight I responded “Yes!” After that 1 drink I had to leave - no numbers were exchanged so I never thought I’d see him again… *Cue to that evening* I’m standing alone at work, inside Mandalay Bay. Then all of a sudden, who walks past the hostess podium but none other than Mr. Joseph Cosentino. I like to say he stalked me, he on the other hand has a different version of this “meet-cute”. We talked for a long time. Finally, I asked him if he was going to get my number. Which he did - the rest is history… Our history.

I know, I know … It’s about time! October 2013 until April 2023! 10 years! Let’s rewind ⏪️ to the official first date, he took me to Sugar Factory located at the Paris Hotel, afterwards we took a walk this walk eventually became “Our Walk” since we did it so often. He comes up behind me and whispers in my ear that he likes me for the first time! So cheesy! But I’ll never forget that moment! Fast Forward ⏩️ to the proposal. He took me to Prime at the Bellagio (I thought we were going out to celebrate my 36th birthday). We got an AMAZING view of the fountains. After dinner, he asked if I wanted to go for our walk. Of course, I did! We stopped at our usual cove in front of the fountains as he’s professing his love to me the famous ViVa Las Vegas starts screaming with the explosions of water making it difficult to hear anything. We decided to enjoy the show. Afterwards he told me it only made sense to bring me back to the same place where he told me he first liked me to ask me THEN 🥁🥁 the moment I’ve been waiting for ♥️ He effortlessly opened “THE” box and got down on one knee at the same moment to ask me if I would marry him! I said yes! He picked me up and gave me a kiss! What a wonderful moment! We have waited for this for years and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect! We finished with a stop at the conservatory to take a few selfies. Mr. P struck again!
