Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes children are very welcome and your child should be reflected on your invitation. The venue is fairly child friendly with an indoor and outdoor area. A layout and video of the venue is available on their website. -If little ones are fussy we kindly ask that they view the ceremony from afar. -Children under 3 will not have their own place setting but additional chairs are available if desired. -Children 3-12 will have their own place setting with child meals provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available in a gravel parking lot. Ubers are also encouraged

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no organized transportation but Ubers and Lyfts should be easy to order

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 6:00 and 6:20. If arriving later than 6:30 we kindly ask that you wait until after the ceremony to enter the outdoor area (around 7:10)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have elected to only invite a small group of friends and family. Your invitation will indicate if you have a guest available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

It is buffet style dining, unfortunately special request are not available.
