When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1, 2021. The final room payment is July 27th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. Please see hotel pricing for children on TRAVEL page.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Hotel is all inclusive and has various food stations for everyone and will accommodate accordingly.

Why should I book with the group?

Answer

Your group leader is holding space at the hotel just for the group and has the best group rates and amenities available. It also provides you with an invite to the event and included in all group functions.

Am I responsible for my roommates' portion if they don't attend?

Answer

The entire room needs to be paid in full in order to confirm the reservation. If a portion of the room is not paid, you can change the occupancy of the room and complete the full payment in order to confirm. If for some reason you cannot have another attend, a single supplement rate will be added by the hotel.

"Do my roommate and I need to register separately?"

Answer

Roommates will share one confirmation and it is not necessary to register separately. Upon registration, you can forward your confirmation to your roommate.

When will I receive information about the travel protection and how much it is for my reservation?

Answer

You can read more about the Travel protection on the website under the Travel Protection tab. If you would like to add it to your reservation, please email us at the address found on the group’s website and we will send you a quote. If you wish to purchase Cancel For Any Reason, it can only be purchased at time of deposit.

Do I need to pay for the airport transfers when I make my reservation?

Answer

We recommend adding airport transfers upon registration however, they do not need to be paid until your final payment date.

"What if I need to change the name of my guest or if I don't know who will be traveling with me?

Answer

If you would like to change the name of your guest in your room, please reach out to our team at the email address found on the group’s website and they will be happy to help you make that change.

"What if I need to cancel my reservation?"

Answer

We are always sad to hear when someone is no longer able to attend their group's trip. To cancel your reservation, we will need to receive your request in writing via email to the address found on the group’s website. All sales are final 60 days prior to travel.

"Am I still able to register after the deposit date?

Answer

Registering after the deposit due date will be based on availability. If the room you are trying to select is not available, please reach out to our team at the email address found on the group’s website and they will be happy to check availability for you

"Can I add another person to my room after registration”?

Answer

You can add another guest into your room after you have already registered if the room occupancy will allow another guest. Please email our team at the address found on the group’s website with your guest’s full legal name, date of

Do I need a COVID test before traveling?

Answer

Yes. COVID test must be done 72 hrs before traveling. Most CityMD facilities do the RAPID Test and can email it to you within the hour.

What's the dress code or Attire?

Answer

Each event has a dress code setup as a guideline based on that specific event. When in doubt please contact me for further details.
