Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we're requesting that children be thirteen or older to attend our wedding celebration at Beano's Cabin. Younger children and infants are welcome to join us for the Welcome Party and Farewell Brunch. For those of you who need a babysitting service, “Care for Kids” comes highly recommended. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Welcome Party - Western Casual Casual attire with a Western twist. Jeans, boots, and dresses are encouraged. Bonus points for cowboy hats, fringe, and any other classic Western ware. Beano's Cabin Wedding - Mountain Formal Formal attire with considerations for the elevation (+8,000 ft), uneven surfaces, and unpredictable weather. There will be blankets and umbrellas available for the outdoor ceremony should we need them. Question

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FOR ALL WEDDING WEEKEND ACTIVITIES?

Answer

All wedding activities will be hosted within the Beaver Creek village and should be walking/shuttle distance for those staying at the recommended hotels. We do not recommend relying on ride share services (Uber, Lyft) as they are extremely limited. Transportation will be provided for all guests to and from the wedding celebration at Beano's cabin; no private vehicles permitted on-property. Additional information regarding the specific pick-up and drop-off location and timing to be published closer to the big day. Beaver Creek offers complimentary door-to-door shuttle service within the resort. Guests may also travel to the different villages of Bachelor Gulch, Avon, and Arrowhead. To access this, download the VILLAGE CONNECT App on your phone. The shuttles run from 6:30 a.m. to Midnight, 7 days a week. Please allow 15 to 20 minutes for pickup. Public transportation is also a great option for exploring the surrounding areas. The Vail Town Shuttle is free and provides services to Vail, Leadville, Minturn, Eagle-Vail, Avon, Edwards, Eagle and Gypsum. For more information visit: https://www.vail.gov/government/departments/transportation-services/bus-information In addition, both of the cab companies listed below offer 24 hour door to door service and have 6 passenger caravans. High Mountain Taxi – 970.524.5555 Vail Valley Taxi – 970.476.8294
