Do I have to RSVP for each individual event?

Yes, yes, and yes!

When’s the last day I can RSVP?
Answer
Friday, March 8. We have to give our final guest list to the venue by then.

Will there be assigned seating for the reception?
Answer
Because it is a nontraditional reception, assigned seating will only be for family. We will have plenty of parameter seating around the venue, as well as high boy tables for eating. We encourage family and friends to move around and mingle during the reception.

But what about ladies wearing heels?
Answer
Don’t worry! We will be providing flip flops in a variety of sizes to accommodate. We want you comfortable and out on the dance floor!

Can I bring my kids?

Unless you’re apart of the wedding party or it has been discussed with the bride and groom, PLEASE refrain from bringing children to the wedding.

There will be a wide variety of appetizers and desserts, served buffet-style. Less messy and plenty to get you full!

Cocktail dresses, suit & tie... classy but whatever the weather permits and you’re comfortable with.

Yes! The venue is Hive on Hubbard (1843 w. Hubbard st. Chicago, IL).

Can my friend come with me as my plus one?
Answer
You cannot bring a plus one without permission. There will be security at the door with the guest list so please make sure to RSVP for you and your guest.

How will I know I have a plus one?

That will be communicated to you by the bride and groom, as well as when you RSVP on the website.

Yes! Open bar cocktail hour, beer and wine for the reception, and open bar again for the after party.
