Our love story began in the summer of 2020. We met at work and soon discovered we lived less than a mile apart in the beautiful town of Meredith, NH. Lake Waukewan brought us together when after-work hangouts quickly turned into late-night sunset cruises, courtesy of the Taylor family’s boat and generous hospitality. When Joe moved to Concord that fall and transferred to a different office, our not-so-secret romance officially went public. We were inseparable, and there was no denying our connection. We liked each other as much as we loved each other. In 2022, we moved in together and found our way back to Meredith, where we happily spent the next couple of years. We adopted our two cats, Waukewan and Blizzard, and excitedly began imagining our future. On June 21, 2024, Joe proposed on Lake Winnipesaukee—unknowingly choosing the summer solstice, under a full moon in Capricorn (our shared moon sign). As we called our families to share the news, it began to rain. It was pure magic. Later that year, we bought our first home in Alton, NH, where our dog, Willow, soon joined the family. She has brought us so much joy, and we feel endlessly grateful for the life we’re building together. We are so excited for all the chapters still ahead and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
