The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Orchard Tavern at Thompson Creek, about 15 minutes northeast of College Station, Tx. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors on the grounds, and the reception will be in an indoor pavilion space. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up for this special occasion with us! We are requesting springtime cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding (mid to floor-length gowns, suits, sports coats, linen, bright and pastel colors, etc). Our wedding party will be dressed in grey and green. Keep in mind, spring in Texas is very warm! Please avoid denim, t-shirts, ball caps and white/ivory/cream clothing. Cowboy hats welcome!
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. A plus one will be specified on your invitation if allotted. We would love to keep our wedding intimate with close friends and family. Thank you for your understanding and compliance!
We love your kids, we really do! However, we respectfully request that they do not attend, as this is an adult-only event. Only children in the bridal party will be present at the wedding. Take the night off from parenting and have fun with us!
Kindly, no. We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced or off. We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photography team to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely be sharing, once the night is complete!
Enjoy cocktail hour with live music, hors d’oeuvres, and an open bar with a specialty drink menu while the wedding party takes photos. The reception will include dinner, drinks and dancing! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate!
