Will there be transportation?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the reception at The Dennis Inn from Blue Rock Resort, Starlight Lodge, Kingfisher Motel, and Scargo Manor. Shuttles will also be available to the After Party at Chapin's Bayside and for return transportation to the lodging locations listed above. If you plan to use the shuttle service, please indicate so when you RSVP. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the ceremony at Immaculate Conception Church.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event, with the exception of our flower girl.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at both Immaculate Conception Chapel and The Dennis Inn. Guests are welcome to drive, utilize the shuttle service from select lodging locations, or arrange alternate transportation such as a rideshare service.

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

If you will be using the shuttle service, we recommend returning to your hotel following the ceremony and relaxing before cocktail hour and the reception. For guests who will not be using the shuttle service, we suggest returning to your accommodations to unwind or enjoying a drink at The Terrace at Ocean Edge before the festivities begin.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Welcome Gathering on Friday, August 21st at 7:00 p.m. at The Crosby Mansion in Brewster. Beer, wine, and light bites will be served. There will be an after party at Chapin's Bayside in Dennis. Please make sure you go to Chapin's Bayside - not Chapin's Fish & Chips! Chapin's Bayside is about a five minute drive from The Dennis Inn.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. Please keep in mind that the reception will be held on a grass lawn, so block heels, wedges, flats, or other lawn-friendly footwear may be more comfortable than stilettos.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at Immaculate Conception Chapel. Cocktail hour and dinner will be outdoors at The Dennis Inn, with dancing to follow indoors.

Can I take photos during the church ceremony?

Answer

To help us preserve this special moment, we ask that guests refrain from using phones and cameras during the church ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we look forward to sharing those memories with you. Please feel free to take photos afterward!
