Where to send gifts?
Answer
Your presence is present enough! However, if gifting something for the Bride and Groom, please send to their address in Colorado- 819 Remington St Fort Collins, Colorado 80524

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is semi-formal/cocktail. Ladies may choose to wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen may wear a suit and tie or sports coat.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes before ceremony start time.

What type of food/drink will be served?
Answer
There will be a selection of appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a formal sit down dinner with a few entrée options. We also splurged for the extra dessert table! Open bar is available to guests, as well as a selection of soft drinks, coffee/tea.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Upstate New York in early September is usually around 65-75 degrees during the day, but can get chilly when the sun goes down. There is also a possibility of rain, although both the venues are indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
The bridal party and immediate family members will be taking pictures nearby at the George H. Freer Memorial Beach in Port Ewen.

Where to park?
Answer
There is a lot with limited space located at the back of the Port Ewen Reformed Church. You may also choose to park on the street or at the Sojourner Truth Statue lot just down the road. The Chateau offers valet parking with more than enough lot space for guests.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
The ceremony is open to all. The reception is adult guests only.
Question
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are requesting an unplugged ceremony, but will be allowing time towards the end of the ceremony for guests to snap photos on their personal devices. The officiant will announce this.
