Portland International Airport
Portland International Airport is the closest airport to the Columbia River Gorge! Car rental will be necessary as the reception/accommodations are located ~40 miles from the airport. Although no direct flights are offered from Columbus, OH to Portland, Delta, Southwest, United, American, Alaska and Frontier offer flights with connections to PDX. Friendly reminder, a REAL ID is now required for travel for all domestic flights. If you do not have a REAL ID, a second form of identification is required. Secondary forms of identification include: Passport, passport card, military ID, DHS trusted traveler card. Per the TSA website, if you travel without a REAL ID, you are subject to complete an identity verification process which includes collecting information to confirm your identity.
