We're getting married!

We met at a friend’s party and were instantly drawn to each other. What started as an easy connection turned into something that kept growing, even with miles between us. During college, we made long-distance work—Lauren in College Station at Texas A&M and Joseph in Dallas. Between study sessions, road trips, and endless FaceTime calls, we built something steady and lasting. After graduation, the idea of being in the same city finally felt within reach. Moving to Austin wasn’t a big, dramatic decision—it was naturally the next thing that made sense for us. After years of long drives and countdowns to the next visit, it’s been the best feeling to finally share everyday life together. Now we’re so excited to start our next chapter with the wedding and everything that comes after.
