Question
Will the wedding ceremony and reception be in different locations?
Answer
No! The entire wedding day, Friday April 28th, will be held at one single location in Chaska, Minnesota.
Question
Is transportation provided to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will provide a bus to bring guests from the hotel (Holiday Inn & Suites in Chanhassen) to the wedding venue, as well as running all evening and night to bring guests from the wedding venue back to the hotel

What are the pick-up times of the bus?
Answer
We will have two different pick-up times at the hotel prior to the wedding: 3:00pm and 3:30pm. If possible, try to make it on the 3:00pm bus to have time to look around the venue, it's beautiful! The bus will be parked at the entrance and making trips back and forth for the remainder of the night to bring guests back to the hotel at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm. The final bus will depart at the conclusion of the evening around midnight-12:15am

What if I am driving my own vehicle to the wedding?
Answer
No problem! After driving up the long road to the venue, valet service will be stationed at the front entrance and assist in parking your car in a nearby parking lot on the property

Is Uber/Lyft an option for transportation?
Answer
Well... I wouldn't count on it! The wedding venue said Ubers/Lyft's are difficult to come by, so I would either plan to take the bus provided or possibly pre-book something in advance

Is the wedding ceremony inside or outside?
Answer
Good question! We have yet to make a final decision, and most likely will not know officially until the morning of the wedding. We would only have an outside ceremony if the weather is pleasant (i.e no rain, wind, cold temps), otherwise it will be indoors

What food can I expect?
Answer
Good food! One of the many reasons we love this venue is the food is wonderful. We will be having a buffet-style dinner with main courses including chicken, beef, and pasta (vegetarian option) as well as sides and desert
