Question

Is there a dress code?

The wedding will be black tie optional.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 6, so please leave yourself enough time to arrive, find a seat (and maybe a drink), and freshen up beforehand! Note that we will be having a bus to shuttle guests to/from Denver. See the Schedule tab for more information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all your children, we will not be allowing kids at the wedding outside of immediate family. We’d love for you all to take this as a night off to celebrate with us - kids free!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will plan on having bus transportation to and from the wedding ceremony. We will post the pick up location on this website as soon as we have that information. Buses will leave on a staggered schedule back to Denver towards the end of the wedding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a welcome party the night before (Thursday, July 9th) - location and time to be announced shortly. We are also planning on a continuation of the celebration the Saturday after for those interested! More information to come.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - please let us know if you have any food specific allergies and we can make sure your meal is free of these.

I did not see a food option - did I miss something?

Answer

No - the way our venue works is that everyone will receive the same duet plate entree (a salad, two proteins, and two sides). Please let us know if you require a vegetarian option, or have any allergies that need to be addressed.
