Reservations through the provided online web link by Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of arrival. HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION *NOTE!* Website defaults to first day of arrival; guests will need to choose their check-in and check-out dates. When you first open the group website it always defaults to one night. Please EDIT the dates, select your arrival and departure dates and click UPDATE. 1. Click on the group website link (find at the top of this page) 2. Click the edit button 3. Click the Check In – Check out Box 4. When the calendar pops up, click the first night to deselect the calendar 5. Click on your arrival date and then click on your departure date 6. Click update 7. Then choose the room type you want to book by either clicking book now, or the View Total Price and then book now ROOM BLOCK DISCOUNTS Rates are available through Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Any reservation request received after this date may be accepted on a “space available” basis at the prevailing hotel rates. RATE INFORMATION/FEES The above net rates are valid for Single/Double occupancy. All room rates contained within this agreement are subject to applicable OCCUPANCY ROOM TAX, currently (13.38%) and a $ 44.95 RESORT FEE per room, per night (also taxed at 13.38%). Additional Person Charge (beyond double occupancy) Rates are based on one or two persons per room. An additional charge of $30 per night will be charged per additional guest. Maximum Occupancy in one room is: four (4). CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4:00pm; Check-out is 11:00am.
