Group Transportation

Shuttle transportation will be available from the Hilton Downtown Portland to the ceremony and back. Parking at the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center (4000 SW Fairview Blvd, Portland, OR 97221) is limited and requires a short walk to the ceremony site. We highly recommend taking the shuttle. The shuttle will pick everyone up at 3:30PM.
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

There’s a short dirt trail from the shuttle drop-off to the ceremony site. The ceremony will take place on grass, which may be soft in some areas, so please plan your footwear accordingly.

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served, followed by a buffet dinner and dancing to celebrate the evening. The buffet will have three options (meat, fish, and vegetarian).
