Join us for an evening of welcome drinks at the Mayrose Room which is across the street from Hilton, the night before we say "I do." Come relax, raise a glass, and share in the excitement with us as we celebrate the start of this new chapter surrounded by the people we love most. We will have light hors d'oeuvres served.

Shuttle transportation will be available from the Hilton Downtown Portland to the ceremony and back. Parking at the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center (4000 SW Fairview Blvd, Portland, OR 97221) is extremely limited and requires a walk to the ceremony site. We highly recommend taking the shuttle. When: At 3:15 PM, three shuttle buses will be available to take you to the wedding and will return you to the Hilton afterward. Where: Exit the Hilton onto Sixth Avenue, turn right, then an immediate left onto Salmon Street. There will be 3 EcoShuttle mini buses waiting for you on SW Salmon Street between SW 6th and SW 5th Avenues.

Cocktail Attire & Appropriate Footwear
There’s a dirt trail from the shuttle drop-off downhill to the ceremony site. This trail is a little steep. The ceremony will take place on grass, which may be soft in some areas, so please plan your footwear accordingly.

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served, followed by a buffet dinner and dancing to celebrate the evening. The buffet will have three options (meat, fish, and vegetarian).
