We kindly ask that you stay present with us during the ceremony and put away all cell phone devices and cameras. We will have two photographers to capture this moment for us! We encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like once cocktail hour starts!
Yes! The dress code is Black-Tie Optional. This includes tuxes or suits for men and floor length dresses/gowns for women. Ladies, we ask that you please avoid the color blue which is specific to the bridal party. Also avoid wearing any dresses that have white/cream as their main color, as we want this to be a reserved color for the bride-to-be.
Yes! The venue has a large free parking lot.
Yes, there will be two shuttles arriving at 5pm to the Westin Wilmington. These shuttles will depart at 5:40pm then 5:50pm.
If you are arriving by personal vehicle you may park in the Winterthur lot at any time. Winterthur will have a smaller shuttle to take you to the ceremony space. These shuttles start at 6pm and stop at 6:20pm. You will not be able to access to ceremony space if you are late. If you arrive late, the shuttles will start again to bring you to cocktail hour at 6:55pm.
The ceremony and cocktail hour are located at the reflecting pool, only accessible via winterthur shuttle. The ceremony is 6:30-7:00pm.
Cocktail hour will be held on the patio next to the reflecting pool. No additional transport is needed between ceremony and cocktail hour space. Cocktail hour is from 7:00PM-8:00PM.
The reception is being held at the Winterthur visitor center patio. This is accessible from the main parking lot and is the first building down the path. The reception will follow cocktail hour starting at 8:00PM and ending at 11:30PM.
