Wedding attire is formal.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45 PM, so please plan to arrive no later than 4:20 PM to allow time to park and walk to the site. The ceremony will take place outdoors, will be standing-room only, and will last approximately 30 minutes. Please note that there are no restrooms at the ceremony location; the nearest restroom is about 5 miles away, so plan accordingly. The location is known as “The Wedding Tree.” Because it does not appear in most GPS apps, please be sure to use the link above for accurate directions. Parking is extremely limited. There are 6-8 spaces in the main lot and a couple overflow parking spaces located further down the road. Please plan accordingly for a <0.5 mile walk to the main parking lot if parking in overflow. Carpooling is strongly encouraged! Upon arrival, you’ll follow a scenic path (approximately a 5-10 minute walk) leading to the ceremony overlook. Our wedding planner, Patricia, will be there to greet you and guide you to the ceremony site.
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Following the ceremony, we invite you to join us for a reception dinner at Il Villaggio Osteria in Teton Village, Wyoming. Please note that the restaurant is approximately a 50-minute drive from the ceremony location. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our wedding coordinator, Patricia, and welcomed with cocktails and appetizers. The evening will continue with a family-style Italian dinner, followed by cake cutting and dessert as we celebrate together. Il Villaggio Osteria is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the Gravity Haus Hotel, where we have reserved a room block for guests.
