Something to note while planning- the Ironman Triathlon will be taking place on Sunday in Lake Placid. This means that Lake Placid will be very busy but it is also an interesting event to witness! With this in mind, there is still plenty to see of the Adirondacks that will not be crowded in the Keene and Jay areas. Most of what we have marked on the map is nearby the accommodations and venue.
