How can I help with wedding set up and break down?

Answer

If you would like to volunteer to help with our wedding set up and break down please email us at celebratewithjandj@gmail.com. To give you an idea of what your signing up for... Our venue will set up and clean up all chairs, tables, and trash cans. We do the rest! All of the materials we are using are either disposable or reusable for our home. Set up will begin at 10 am the day before (Friday, May 21, 2021) and will need to finish at 7pm. On Saturday, May 22, 2021, we will clear everything off of tables and chairs by 10pm. The remaining break down will be finished Sunday, May 23, 2021, before 10 am. I will gladly extend your hotel reservation and Joe and I will have a special gift for lending us your helping hands!

Question

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "Plus Guest" feel free to bring a friend! If not we would prefer only the names on the invitation attend.

Question

Any Covid-19 requests?

Answer

Joe and Jenae are not going to be wearing masks at our wedding. If you feel more comfortable wearing one please do. We are not going to require guests to wear one because the venue is completely an outdoor space with lots of room for "social distancing". We understand given the current circumstances some guests may be nervous about traveling and gathering so if you have any requests or accommodations don't hesitate to txt or call Joe or Jenae or email us at celebratewithjandj@gmail.com. Our only goal is to enjoy our time with family and friends!
