Picture this, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic... May 2018. Holly has been flown out to photograph a wedding, extends her stay to make it a vacation, and brings along her best friend Kendra to accompany her. Joe and his friends are at the same resort celebrating a bachelor party for his best friend Frank. Joe inadvertently slides lounge chairs by the pool directly blocking Holly's view of the pool. Conversation sparks when Holly comments sarcastically, thanking Joe for blocking her view. This began a long, beautiful friendship that eventually turned into a long-distance relationship. Many, many miles were driven to visit each other as much as possible. During these years Holly & Joe along with Holly's daughter Grace traveled and created many memories. In July 2021, Holly & Grace made the big move from their hometown in R.I. to live with Joe in Rockland County, NY. One year later Joe got down on one knee and popped the question during a beautiful sunset in Aruba. Holly was ecstatic, it was the easiest question she had ever answered. When they returned home, the planning began to celebrate with all of you- their favorite people. Oh, one more very important thing! Since the planning began, the three of them have rescued the most adorable kitten, "Boogie" who is the perfect addition to their little family.
