Dear Family & Friends, We are so excited to celebrate with you! We have reserved a room block at the Hanover Marriott for February 17–19, 2027, and wanted to share a few helpful booking tips. If the website shows “sold out,” it may simply mean the dates selected are outside of our contracted block. Please book any available nights within February 17–19 and contact the hotel sales office for assistance with additional nights. If you need connecting rooms or do not see your preferred room type (king vs. double), book whatever is available and contact the sales office afterward. They may be able to adjust room types or add requests based on availability. Room rates do not change based on occupancy, but please include the correct number of guests staying in your room to help us with welcome bags and event planning. If guests are arriving separately, please add their names to the reservation so they can check in before you arrive. No payment is due at booking; the card is only used to hold the reservation. At check-in, the hotel places a $50 incidental hold per night plus room and tax. Credit cards are recommended, as debit card holds may take longer to return. All rooms include mini fridges and safes. A microwave is available near the front desk. Wegmans, Walmart, and the hotel sundries shop are nearby for forgotten items. Third-party reservations (Expedia, etc.) cannot be added into our block. BonVoy point reservations must be booked directly through Marriott. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but luggage storage is available if needed. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to check in.
