Maid of Honor
Eva is not only my little sister, but one of my very best friends. Whether we’re shopping, watching movies, or sharing Cane’s, time with her is always full of laughter (and a little sass). She’s fun, bold, and never afraid to say exactly what she’s thinking — which keeps things very real. It’s often said that sisters make the best friends, and I’ve found that to be so true. I’m beyond grateful that the Lord chose me to be Eva’s big sister — it’s one of the sweetest gifts He’s ever given me.
Maid of Honor
Olivia and I met in the church nursery and have been best friends ever since. Over the last 22 years, we’ve walked through every stage of life together — distance, moves, heartache, and so much joy. Our friendship has stood the test of time, and it’s one of the greatest gifts God has given me. They say every blonde needs her brunette, but this brunette needed her strawberry-blonde bestie. I’m beyond thankful that my childhood best friend will be by my side as I step into this next season.
Matron of Honor
From sharing birthday parties and playing Barbies to winning Queen of the Court in volleyball, Ella and I have always been quite the sister duo. She’s my built-in friend but also my big sister and fellow coffee enthusiast — always up for an iced latte and a Saturday stroll through the farmer’s market. Ella is steady, creative, and full of quiet strength. I’m so thankful God gave me not just a sister, but a lifelong best friend in her.
Bridesmaid
Hannah has always been like another sister to me! Our moms grew up as best friends, so it was only fitting that we followed in their footsteps — and we did. From sleepovers and swim days to planning weddings, playing Barbies, and modeling for our moms’ boutique business, Hannah and I have been through it all together. Hannah has always been my soul sister, and I’m so thankful she’ll be standing by my side on such a special day.
Bridesmaid
Brooke is one of those friends I look back on and say, “God did that for me.” From the moment we met, we became kindred spirits. She came into my life right when I needed her most and quickly became one of my best friends. From Pho Hoa dinners and boba runs to Bible reading, thrifting on our days off, and heart-to-hearts, every memory with Brooke is one I treasure. She’s challenged me, encouraged me, and pushed me to grow in every area of life — and I truly don’t know where I’d be without her influence. I’m so thankful she’ll be standing by me on such a special day!
Bridesmaid
Megan (aka “Meg”) was my very first friend in college — and out of all the people I met that first day in California, she’s the only one I actually remember meeting! From 6:30 a.m. runs to the Rocky theme song to late-night taquitos at The Cheesecake Factory, and teaching Sunday School together, Meg has been a constant source of encouragement in my life. She’s been like a big sister to me during my college years — always pointing me back to truth, sharpening me in the Lord, and cheering me on. I’m so thankful that God placed such a steady, solid friend in my life right when I needed her most.
Bridesmaid
Savannah is the kind of friend who’s always up for anything! From spontaneous coffee runs to Cowboy Coffee to late-night chats, she and I made the most of our college days together. We started freshman year side by side and even graduated a semester early — pushing each other to stay motivated (even through serious cases of “senioritis”). Savannah is thoughtful, kind, and always encouraging, and it’s such an honor to have her standing by my side on this special day.
Flower Girl
Oaklynne Mae made me an aunt, and she is Aunt Emmie’s girl through and through! She’s always ready for a Starbucks run for her pink cake pop or snuggles while watching her favorite show. Her big personality, sweet spirit, and endless giggles bring so much joy to our whole family. Watching her grow has been one of the sweetest blessings, and I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle with that big smile. Having her as our flower girl makes the day even more special!
Best Man
Brother Cooper has played a profound role in my life. In 2014, he was preaching at a youth meeting in Atlanta when God dealt with my heart about preaching. He was on staff at the Church I attended in California while in Bible College, and now I have the privilege of serving with him at Gospel Light Baptist Church in Walkertown, NC. He has been one of my dearest friends, and I am honored to have him as my best man.
Groomsman
I first met Elisha walking down the stairs in the dormitory of Golden State Baptist College. He was wild like me, so naturally we hit it off! As a freshman, he offered to take me out to eat and fellowship … which are two of my favorite things. Whether it was “under the grid” or Chili’s three for me (Three for $10 before Biden’s America), Elisha quickly became one of my best friends. We were roommates for two years in college, during which he influenced me to grow spiritually in my walk with God and prayer life.
Groomsman
Jonathan is from the great land of India. Everyone always asks how a Georgia boy and a guy from India became friends — and we both say “Through Preaching”. Jonathan and I had been at Golden State for maybe and month, when we did an online revival for some churches back in India. From there God allowed us to start a podcast called “A Word for the Wilderness” that we ran for several years. Jonathan has been to me just like Jonathan in the Bible was to David. He has sharpened me, encouraged me, and we have prayed together that God would use us greatly — we are living those answered prayers now!
Groomsman
Todd was the first person I met at Golden State. He came out to the parking lot to meet me and show me into my dorm room. Todd and I became friends right off the bat. He was my bus captain for 2 years, and we spent many Saturdays soul winning and visiting in our bus route. He was always an example for me whether it had to do with media, life, or keeping your composure when you busted your tire on a curb. Todd is one of those good Christian men that you need as a friend.
Groomsman
I first met Ethan when I visited Emma and her family for the first time in January of 2024 — and I could tell right off that me and him were going to get along just fine. He’s not afraid to joke around and have a good time with life. In the short time I have known him, he has grown into a fine, hard working, Christian young man. I can’t wait to see what God does in his life. I also look forward to beating him in a round of golf soon too!
Groomsman
Austin was also my roommate for 2 years, and one of my bus captains too. I always enjoyed bouncing sermon ideas and devotion thoughts off of him and serving alongside him on the bus route. Austin is a great young man with a lot of talent that he is using for God’s glory.
Groomsman
Adan was my soul winning and visiting partner every Saturday. He was the guy that would always pop in the room just to hang out and talk for a while. We were always down for fellowship at a local five-star poultry institution — Chick-fil-A! Adan is always a blessing to be around, because he never fails at being a source of encouragement!
Ring Bearer
Ean is the sweetest boy! Joe and Ean became friends as soon as they met, and since Ean was a baby, he has held a special place in Emma's heart. He is our preacher man, and we are so excited that he will have a special part in our day!
Pianist
Ruth was my roommate for two years, and we share countless memories together! From endless inside jokes and coffee runs to Sunday morning wake-ups, Ruth has been a steadfast and cherished friend through it all. Beyond her friendship, Ruth is an incredibly gifted pianist whose music truly stirs the heart. It means the world to me that she will be part of this special day—not just as a dear friend, but as someone using her God-given talent to make this moment even more meaningful.
Photographer
Sara and I met in the nursery, and though distance has been part of our friendship for most of our lives, we always pick up right where we left off! Sara is the kind of friend who constantly goes the extra mile—genuine, thoughtful, and wholehearted in everything she does. She beautifully captured our engagement photos, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else behind the camera on our wedding day. I’m so excited and honored that she’ll be capturing one of the most meaningful days of our lives!
