RSVPs can be made by clicking the RSVP tab on this website. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated, as we make final preparations to make this day truly special for everyone. We are here to answer any questions via phone and email, and look forward to seeing you!
We've taken the liberty of compiling a list of recommended hotels, blocked and unblocked, near both the Cathedral and the reception venue on our travel page. These accommodations offer proximity to the celebration and are sure to provide a comfortable stay. If you have any specific questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
While the suggested attire for our celebration is black tie optional, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the day in whatever makes you feel your best! We understand that everyone has their own style and preferences. Whether it's a glamorous gown, a sharp suit, or a stylish cocktail dress, your presence is what matters most. So, feel free to dress in a way that reflects your personality and makes you feel great. We're just excited to share this special day with you, regardless of the dress code! Just note that this is the South and Nashville is HOT and humid in May.
The wedding ceremony, a Roman Catholic mass, is scheduled to begin 1 pm and conclude at 2 pm. Guests are welcome to arrive at their convenience, and the church will be open for regular devotion until 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. At that time, access will be restricted to wedding guests and clergy. For those seeking a moment of reflection and prayer before the mass, the Lady Chapel, located left to the altar provides a beautiful and quiet space.
We warmly welcome guests of all faiths and backgrounds to join us in celebrating this joyous occasion. Everyone is encouraged to participate with an open heart and soul. The Mass is a beautiful and meaningful experience, regardless of faith. Feel free to engage as much as you feel comfortable, and know that your presence is a cherished part of our celebration. During the service, there may be certain aspects specifically intended for Catholics to participate in. Don't worry! Any such details will be clearly explained before the Mass begins. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask, and we'll be more than happy to guide you.
For those driving, you'll be pleased to know that both The Cathedral of the Incarnation and the Bridge Building reception venue offer ample parking with easy access to both locations. Despite the bustling nature of Nashville's real estate, we've got your parking needs covered. However, for a stress-free and convenient option, we highly recommend utilizing rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft to navigate the city. This ensures you can fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about parking or navigating through Nashville's busy streets (and frequent construction obstacles).
Yes! We would love to hear your song suggestions and make the dance floor even more memorable. Feel free to submit your song requests when you RSVP online or contact us directly.
