Maid of Honor

One of the bride's longtime best friends. Alice grew up in Austin and met Daisy at Kealing Junior High school, where they bonded over their love of rainbow-colored accessories. Alice now lives in New York City with her dog, Xena and works as a freelance artist and designer.

Emily Ellis

Maid of Honor

Another best friend of the bride's from childhood. Emily and Daisy shared a love for literature, anime, and general silliness from middle school through college. Emily moved from Austin all the way to Dublin, Ireland for graduate school and now lives there with her husband, Laurie O'Neill.

Celena Perez

Bridesmaid

Celena is a sweet, supportive friend to the bride; who also happens to be Joseph's sister. Celena and her husband Kris Perez were married in 2016, and both Daisy and Joseph participated in their wedding. They live just outside Washington, D.C. with their dog, August.

Maya Gaster Moll

Bridesperson

Maya and Daisy met at Lamar middle school, where they could often be found sharing cheeto puffs and doodling. Maya started dating their spouse, Danny in high school, and they have always been very close supportive friends to the bride. Maya and Danny live here in Austin with their cat, Bagheera, roommate and friend, Becca Taute (also our wedding planner, thanks Becca!) as well as her two dogs, Giles and Ranger.

Elizabeth Ehlers

Bridesmaid

Elizabeth, also known as 'BC' to the bride and her family, is Daisy's stepsister. They grew up camping, swimming, working and playing outside together in the Texas heat. Elizabeth now lives in San Marcos with her husband, Kenneth Ehlers and their son Brady and dog, Allie.

Ellie Gary

Bridesmaid

Ellie is Elizabeth and Daisy's sister. Ellie and Daisy grew up biking, swimming, rollerskating and playing softball together in the neighborhood where they both still live. Ellie works as a nanny, set designer, and stylist in the film production business here in Austin.

Ben Gammon

Best Man

Ben and Joe once had a band named Rollersnake. The name was wisely changed to Black White Neon but alas the damage was done. No one forked up the funds for a national tour. Ben is currently finishing up residency in Philadelphia with wife Meredith and lovely daughter Parker at his side. And while Joe holds out hope for a reunion, Ben's jam outfit has a decidedly weird hospital smell now.

Gabriel Benavides

Groomsman

Gabe and Joseph share music and fashion advice on the reg. They have known each other since college through common friend Alexis Vittitoe. Gabe is a certified badass in the kitchen and always acts interested in Joe's beverage pairings (much appreciated). Whenever Joseph gets a precious Sunday off he calls Gabe to schedule brunch.

Dave Smith

Groomsman

Dave hired Joseph to work at Puma in San Marcos, TX in 2005 while Joseph was finishing up college. They bonded over love for music and have shared many conversations about music and life over their time together. Dave spends his time hanging out with dogs Calvin and Cuba whenever possible . His sarcastic/pessimistic humor is one of Joe's favorite traits in his friend. Dave is a die hard St. Louis Cardinals fan, his only fault by Joe's estimation.

John Fagan

Groomsman

John worked with Joseph for a number of years at Fonda San Miguel in Austin. He’s Joe’s best disc golfing buddy. They have plans to get better at real golf but can’t resist the temptation to hike through the woods throwing discs on their days off. John shares an interest in finding the country’s best IPAs and love for sassy cats. Bagheera is his the name of his better half.

Kris Perez

Groomsman

Kris is Joseph's brother from another mother. By that we mean he is Joseph's brother in-law, and will be Daisy's soon too, coincidentally. By Joseph's count Kris is better at soccer, ping pong (barely), and regular golf. Joseph is better at baseball, disc golf, and street football (Thanksgiving 2014), basketball is a toss up. Kris is a great guy who has made Celena (Joe's sister) very happy but also gets mad props for being the #1 pick off the groomsman list for some streetball.

Chris Moore

Groomsman

Chris is one of the funniest people Joseph knows. A truly genuine personality with fierce loyalties. A unique voice and skilled lyricist, Chris used to join Dave (other groomsman) trading rhymes while Joe dropped the beat(box). Chris and wife Jessica met through Joseph and have a beautiful family consisting of a handsome boy (Waylon) and needy cat (Meow).

Joel Sanchez

Officiant

Joel is genuinely one of the nicest people Daisy and Joseph know, and as such made a great choice to be the officiant of the wedding. He’s easy to get along with and shares a passion for good food, artisanal tequila and mezcal. He gets bonus points for dating close friend Angela Diaz and feeding Daisy and Joseph's cats despite being allergic. The quote of the bachelor party trip to San Antonio came from Joel: "I put on a shirt, therefore I am leaving this house."
