As soon as possible! The sooner the better. If we do not get an RSVP back by July 20th, you will be marked as “Not attending” We will miss you celebrating with us, however we need to provide a total guest count to our venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand! If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find out that you will not make it, please notify Briana as soon as you are aware.
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. Ladies can wear floor-length or tea-length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! Please look under the ‘Guest Attire’ tab for inspiration
To make it easier on our guests, the ceremony and reception will be held at the venue. The ceremony will be held on the patio portion of the venue and the reception will be held inside.
We will be having a fully unplugged ceremony as we want everyone to be present in the moment. We have hired amazing professionals to capture the most important moment of our lives and we’d hate to have a well-meaning person’s phone/device blocking the moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that our guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to arrive late, please do not walk down the aisle and find a seat. There will be staff there to assist you.
Yes! There is complimentary guest parking. Although we do recommend carpooling to prevent over crowding.
Yes! We will have an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. There will be time periods where the bar will be closed during important parts of the reception. We kindly ask that you respect this and get any beverages beforehand.
We do not want anyone drinking and driving. The venue agrees and allows guests to leave their car overnight. However, cars must be picked up the next morning by 9am. Otherwise please know who your designated driver is ahead of time.
