Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
The bride and groom kindly request guests avoid jeans and dress in semi-formal or dressy-casual attire. Note: the ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) so please dress accordingly.
A limited amount of alcoholic beverages will be provided by the bride and groom. Any other beverages a guest wishes to consume can be purchased at the cash bar!
Please RSVP by April 1, 2025. Unfortunately, due to vendor deadlines, those who do not do so cannot be guaranteed a seat.
The Future Epperson's have spent a long time planning this event, and unfortunately have a strict guest list to stay on budget. In order to keep the event intimate, they politely request only those listed on the invite/RSVP attend.
The Koru Berry Farms venue contract has strict child supervision guidelines, due to the nature and environment of the venue and event. We respectfully request no children under the age of 9 at the ceremony and reception. Please check those listed on the invite.
Yes, we will have gluten-free options available during the reception to accommodate guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. However, we want to be transparent about the fact that while we will provide gluten-free food options, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. There may be a risk of cross-contamination with gluten-containing ingredients during the preparation and serving process.
We want to make sure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable evening. Should guests 21+ desire to participate in alcohol consumption, we request that they have arrangements for safe or alternative transportation after the celebration. Vehicles may be left onsite at the venue and picked up Sunday by noon at the latest.
