What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear floor-length, midi or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Are there bathrooms available at the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately Lassing Park does not have any restroom facilities. The ceremony will be short (30 minutes) so make sure you plan accordingly.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We're hoping for some comfortable Florida "winter" weather...but you never know. We recommend keeping a jacket and umbrella nearby in case of a chilly night or rain.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at Lassing Park. The reception will be indoor/outdoor.

Is transportation provided? Where should guests park?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Ceremony - Lassing Park: Feel free to park anywhere along the street. There's plenty of room. Reception - Baum Ave Market: There is some street parking available and a few large pay-to-park lots about a block away. However, recommend parking at your hotel/AirBnB and taking an Uber, if possible (the venue is downtown).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block, however we have listed several options under the "Travel" section. AirBnB and VRBO are great options as well!

What kind of food/drinks will be served at the reception?

Answer

For food, we have some very exciting dishes that will be available, including vegetarian and special dietary options. In regard to drinks, our reception venue specializes in cocktails so you'll have to find out for yourself!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is February 3rd. Please RSVP on this website under the "RSVP" section.
