FAQs

Question

Where is the venue and is there parking?

Answer

The venue address is 260 N Country Club Rd, Lake Mary, FL 32746, and there is absolutely plenty of parking! You park your car in the front lot, and then walk inside to get the ceremony space outside in the back.

Question

What time should I get there?

Answer

With the wedding starting at 4pm, we ask that the guests arrive at 3:30pm in order to get seats, find parking, and grab a water and take all the photos!

Question

If I am unable to attend, will I still need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, even if you or someone in your household is unable to attend, you will still need to rsvp “not attending” on our website to get an accurate headcount for all our vendors.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However due to large amounts of family coming and limited venue space, only children in the family are invited. If your child is invited, the number on your envelope and rsvp link will show that!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The rsvp deadline is June 1st, any non responses after that day will be marked as “not attending”. Any changes after June 1st will not be made.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! For everyone we ask to keep in mind that this is a Christian modest event. For ladies, no overly short or tight dresses/skirts or anything that shows too much cleavage. For men, no overly short or tight bottoms, and no overly tight or unbuttoned shirts. For colors think of summer garden party! Do not be afraid of color ;) Please no white, cream, ivory, or anything that can be photographed as white. No casual clothes! Meaning jeans, t-shirts, or gym/tennis sneakers, thank you!

Question

What is the number next to my name on the envelope?

Answer

The number written on the envelope next to your name is the amount of people invited from your household! When you go to rsvp, search up your name and every person listed in the household will appear there along with their names so you know exactly who is invited!

Question

Will there be childcare at the wedding?

Answer

No, there will be no form of baby sitting or childcare at the wedding or days leading up to it.

Question

Will there be anything to do for my kids?

Answer

We will have the outdoor lawn game called cornhole on the back lawn next to where the ceremony is being held! It will become available after the ceremony is finished, during cocktail hour. Note, children MUST be supervised at all times, otherwise the venue reserves the right to fine the parents.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited venue space and our large families, only those formally mentioned on your invitation are invited to attend. If you aren’t sure how many people that entails, there is a number written next to the names on the invitation indicating how many people in your household are invited. For example- For couples: Jack and Jane Smith (2) For families: Smith family (4)

Question

What is there to do before/after the wedding day?

Answer

This is actually exactly why we decided to hold our wedding in the Orlando area! With the amount of extended family flying in and making a summer vacation out of this celebration, we decided to have the wedding in the center of everything. Sarasota and surrounding areas are a mere 2.5 hours away, there’s various large shopping malls and outlet plazas, Disney world, sea world, volcano bay (our personal favorite!) natural springs, Epcot, tons of hotels, an airport with cheap fares, and so so so much more!

Question

When I get there, will there be anything to do while I wait for the ceremony to start?

Answer

We have prepared a whole water station with assorted flavors and toppings, and our guest book that we would love for each person to sign. Plus, giving you time to mingle with the other guests!

Question

Where is the wedding being held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the back lawn, through the double doors on the left side of the rotunda. The reception will be held indoors. However, should there be inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors into the rotunda. Moving the ceremony indoors is highly unlikely, however in the case that it will be moved, it is very possible some people will need to stand in the back due to the rotunda only holding 160 people.

Question

What do I do for the hour gap between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We encourage you to take that time to go to the reception hall and find your seats (except the ones reserved for family), and then go and mingle with other guests! Drink some tea, coffee, our specialty waters, play some cornhole on the back lawn, or take photos on the beautiful property. Appetizers will be passed around as well!

Question

Can I buy a gift that’s not listed on the registry?

Answer

We ask that if you do plan on buying us a gift, that you pick something off the registry to avoid 2 of the same things. However, if you do not want to buy off of the registry we will gladly accept cash/digital cash (Venmo/cashapp) as well! Gifting is not required, your presence is enough, but we are so so so thankful to everyone who chooses to gift! Cashapp: $lazukinaa Venmo: @allynalazukina Last 4 of the number is 7118

Question

If the RSVP deadline passes and I was unable to mark my decision, how do I go about that?

Answer

In the unfortunate event the rsvp deadline passes and an invitee has not marked their decision, they will automatically be marked as “not attending”. This will be sent out to all the vendors and unfortunately will not be able to be changed once the final headcount is in. We will send out a reminder to every invitee 1 month before the deadline to avoid this though!
