When do I need to RSVP?

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We are keeping this event intimate and are excited to celebrate with those who have been a part of our 20 year journey. The name of each guest has been included on the invitations, and we will not be able to accommodate additional plus-ones.

Will it be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be in the Wisteria Courtyard, which is outside and is fully covered with gas heaters. The reception will be inside, in the Enchanted Ballroom. Check out the ‘Location’ tab on this website for more details on the venue and location.

What is parking like?
Answer
The Troutdale House has 32 parking spots. Additional parking is located on the west side of the building, running behind the businesses in downtown Troutdale. There is also additional parking on the East side of the building in the Depot Park parking lot. All parking is free of charge.

What do you suggest for lodging?
Answer
We do not have a specific block of rooms reserved anywhere, however we do have a connection with the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver for discounted rates. Check out the ‘Travel’ tab on this website for more details on lodging.

What should I wear?
Answer
We are taking this opportunity to get fancy, and invite you to do the same! We’d love for you to dress nicely, however no need to go full black tie. Think cocktail hour meets game night: dresses, slacks, button-downs, and comfy shoes that can handle a little dancing. Leave the tuxes and ball gowns at home, we’re keeping it classy, but relaxed. There is no specific color scheme for the event.

What’s for dinner?

Dinner will be provided by Ristorante Di Pompello, Authentic Italian Restaurant. We are planning to have Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Gnocchi alla Bistecca, Macaroni & Cheese, and two salads. There will also be appetizers, drinks (non-alcoholic), desserts, and fun!

All of our guests are invited to join us the day before, on Friday, November 7, from 5-8pm for a Mix & Mingle event at the Marshall House in Vancouver, WA. More details will be shared via a separate Evite.

Is anything prohibited?
Answer
Per the venue contract, no smoking, vaping, firearms, fireworks, sparklers or illegal substances may be used or possessed on or around venue. The Troutdale House is a non-smoking venue - smoking will be permitted in designated outdoor areas.
